Before use
Put the glove on. Apply fisting gel or cream to the fingers of the glove and the anus opening. Gently insert one of more fingers anally.

Cleaning
Clean the glove immediately after use. Rinse the glove with lukewarm water. Apply toy cleaner to the glove and rinse it off with lukewarm water. Repeat this step if necessary. Lay it down to dry or dab it dry with a clean, lint-free cloth or towel.
